Shopping guide

What people forget when shopping for hurricane supplies

Water and food matter, but the stressful part is often the smaller stuff: light, comfort, documents, hygiene, charging, kids, pets, and something to do when the power is out.

Start With One Person At A Time

Instead of shopping for the entire house in one messy pile, plan one personal pack for each person. Add snacks, a light item, hygiene, comfort, emergency contacts, and a small activity. Then store full household water and larger shared supplies separately.

Easy-To-Forget Items

Where To Store It

Use a labeled pouch, bag, box, or small suitcase. Store it under a bed, in a closet, pantry, or another dry place you can reach quickly. The goal is to stop hunting through drawers when conditions are already getting serious.

If You Do Not Want To Shop

That is where Hurricane Prepared personal packs come in. We can start with standard pack levels or quote a custom pack with the items you want included.
